We had the pleasure of being invited to play on ITV last week! Keep an eye out for our performance of Dirty Old Town and a selection of grime and hophop classics with an Irish twist!
Tad Sargent & Loic Blejean (who frequently joins Ceili Max) worked most of 2016 at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. They opened the 5 star show The Taming of the Shrew. The music was composed by Bill Barclay and featured Tad, Loic, Mark Bousie, and Una Palliser .
We were delighted to be asked to run a Ceili for Damien (from Ireland) and Serina (from India). We had the most amazingly talented Dhol drum player Jeevan Singh with us. Jeevan worked with Tad at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre over the summer of 2016. Both musicians were delighted to be reunited for such a fabulous event.
Jeevan is playing again with Ceili Max for another multi-cultural ceremony. Contact us for more details
We were delighted to be asked to perform and run a Ceili at one of London’s finest hotels. The craic was fantastic and a huge amount of money was raised for the charity
Ceili Max are delighted to be the first major booking at the Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith. Tickets go on sale in February. It’ll be a fantastic evening and not to be missed. All welcome!
